Sườn cây nướng được tẩm ướp đầy đủ hương vị, nhất là màu sắc thịt sườn đỏ nâu nổi bật, được nướng chín tới thơm phức, nóng hổi. Thích hợp làm món ăn ngon cho các bữa tiệc ngày cuối tuần.
Sườn rửa sạch, để ráo. Ướp sườn với hành tây, tỏi, 1 muỗng canh hắc xì dầu và 2 muỗng canh rượu trong 1 giờ cho sườn ngấm gia vị.
Mang sườn đi nướng trong lò nướng ở 200 độ C từ 40 - 45 phút cho đến khi sườn có màu vàng nâu. Nếu không có lò nướng, bạn có thể mang sườn đi chiên ngập dầu cũng được.
Trong một cái chảo, cho đường phèn vào đun ở lửa nhỏ đến khi đường tan chảy hoàn toàn. Tiếp theo, thêm giấm, mật ong và 1 muỗng canh hắc xì dầu còn lại vào, khuấy đều.
Đun ở lửa nhỏ và đảo đều tay đến khi phần nước sốt đặc quánh thì tắt bếp. Cuối cùng, cho sườn vào đảo đều tay để phần sốt bám quanh các lớp sườn. Rắc thêm mè lên trên là hoàn thành.
Vậy là hoàn thành rồi. Sự kết hợp tuyệt vời của 2 công đoạn nướng sườn và sốt sườn giúp gia vị ngấm đều vào tận sâu trong thịt sườn, ăn ngon miệng hơn.
